Jillian G. Holdsworth is a Bay Shore attorney focusing her law practice on estate planning,
guardianship proceedings, special needs planning, probate, and administration of estates.
She began serving seniors and those with disabilities in 2002, working as a legal
assistant at a local law firm. Through multiple academic scholarships, Jillian received a

planning. With strong legal research and writing skills, she prepared court pleadings
and memoranda of law for Medicaid fair hearings. Jillian also served as court evaluator
